Client Requirements:

• All joinery to be custom-made

• Floor cabinets: must use contemporary opening system

• Wall cabinets: no handles - doors to be detailed

• Drawers: must use concealed runner system w/ soft close system

• Cabinet doors: must use integrated fittings w/ soft close system

• Benchtop lighting systems to be concealed within wall cabinets

• Benchtop must be min. 40mm thick resilient

• Skirting board to be recessed (100mm high, 50mm setback)

• Waste & recycling bins to be concealed under bench space

• Kitchen appliances must include: Finishes, fixtures & fittings to specify:

- 1x sink (double bowls)

- 1x integrated dishwasher

- 1x oven

- 1x cooktop (gas or induction: W=600mm)

- 1x rangehood (to suit w/ cooktop)

- 1x fridge

- GPOs (to suit)

The clients Marion and Bill have specific requirements. She runs a contemporary art gallery in the city.

He owns an online magazine business and works from home or from an office in the city.

They don't have children so require spaces for entertaining and high quality fittings. The apartment has 2 levels accessed by a central contemporary staircase.
